Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or high-order volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
Clothing items, shoes, and most accessories are shipped from our international fulfillment location.
Church Hats & Millinery Items
All hats and millinery items are shipped directly from Jamaica.
Shipping Carriers
We currently use FedEx for shipments originating from Jamaica to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other international destinations.
Carrier availability may vary depending on the destination country and product type.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import-related fees charged upon or after delivery.
Please note:
- Customs policies vary by country.
- FedEx or local customs authorities may contact customers directly regarding payment of import charges.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.
Separate Shipments
Since some products are shipped from different locations, orders containing multiple item types may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
For example:
- Hats may ship separately from clothing or shoes.
- Tracking numbers may differ for each shipment.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include:

- Public holidays
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are under the carrier’s control. However, if you experience issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
